First Name: 
This is the name that will appear on your certification. If you choose to use a professional title such as M.D., DDS, R.N., LVN, H.H.A., PCA, etc. simply type it in after your last name separated by a comma.  
Last Name: 
This is the name that will appear on your certification. If you choose to use a professional title such as M.D., DDS, R.N., LVN, H.H.A., PCA, etc. simply type it in after your last name separated by a comma.  
Email Address: 
We never spam and will never disclose your personal information. However, should you require assistance from CPRToday! support team or need your Username & password sent to you, this is the only way we will have to contact you - please make sure it's accurate. 
Choose Your Username: 
Please choose your unique Username which you will use to log in to your registered course. Your Username can be any combination of letters and numbers and must be at least 4 characters in length. IMPORTANT: if you are registering for more than one course you must use a unique Username for each course (for example MyUserName_cpr and MyUserName_bfa).   check availability
Choose Your Password: 
Please choose your password which you will use to log in to your registered course. Your password can be any combination of letters and numbers and must be at least 4 characters in length.

Corporate/Discount Code: 
This is not a required field - periodically CPRToday! distributes promotional campaigns which may include coupons or other discounts. If you have a coupon that you wish to redeem or you have been issued a Corporate Code, enter it here. Otherwise, simply leave this field blank.
