LIMITATION OF DAMAGES
If we are ever determined to be liable for damages to you for any reason arising out of, related to or in connection with the Material in any manner, then any damages owing to you will be liquidated to the amount of profits we derive from advertising revenues that we received that were derived solely and exclusively from your viewing of the Material.

JURISDICTION

1. Student submits in writing via fax at (775) 854-6080 his/her request for a refund within 30 calendar days of registration for CPRToday! training program, along with a statement attesting that CPRToday! certification does not comply with his/her certification needs and a reasonable explanation of facts.
2. Said request is accompanied by a statement from the student's governing body (i.e. academic institution, employer, licensing board, etc.) on official, professionally produced letterhead, stating that CPRToday! certification does not meet their requirements and is not acceptable.
3. Said request is accompanied by a copy of executed proof of registration (sales receipt, purchase order, etc.) for the student to attend a class/lecture at an alternate certification facility, dated within 30 days of said request for a refund.

Only upon above 3 conditions being met, CPRToday! will issue to the student a full refund of his/her registration fee. The refund will be issued by the same method as original payment. Although every effort is made to issue refunds promptly, it may take up to 30 business days for the refund to post to the student's account.
